Level 2: Environmental Health Association of Ireland Food Safety & HACCP

As a licensed trainer for the Environmental Health Association of Ireland, we offer the "Primary Food Safety" - HACCP Level 2. This course takes eight hours and is certified by the EHAI. This course is considered the minimum requirement for food handlers such as chefs and catering assistants. The course requires a reasonable fluency in English to be successful, but it is possible for the exam to be taken orally for those with poor literacy skills or where English is a second language.

The certificate is valid for five years.
