Level 3 - The Management of Food Safety – the Essential Guide to HACCP Compliance

Course Dates:

November 2023 Monday the 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th ( 4-day course)

Time: 9.30am – 4.30pm

Location: St John Bosco Youth Centre, Davitt Road, Goldenbridge, Drimnagh, Dublin 12.

The area has very little public parking, so public transport is the best way to travel.

The Red Luas line leaves you across the road from the building.

Tea and coffee will be provided but I would recommend that anyone attending would bring lunch/ snacks.

 Exam & Project: There is an in-class exam and a HACCP project to be I. Both will need to be passed to receive certification. The project on HACCP must be submitted to the trainer within one month of completion of the course.
