The area has very little public parking, so
public transport is the best way to travel.

Tea
and coffee will be provided but I would recommend that anyone attending would
bring lunch/ snacks.
Exam & Project: There is an in-class exam and a HACCP project to be I. Both will need to be passed to receive certification. The project on HACCP must be submitted to the trainer within one month of completion of the course.
